About the Role:
As a Sales Executive at BreezeLearn, you’ll play a key role in driving our sales pipeline by identifying ideal customers, generating new leads, and securing meetings. You’ll work closely with company's leadership to target prospects, build relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Identify and research potential customers who align with BreezeLearn’s target market.
- Lead Generation: Use various tools and methods (e.g., cold outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking) to generate high-quality leads.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Outbound Outreach: Conduct personalized cold outreach to introduce BreezeLearn’s offerings and set up discovery meetings.
- Collaboration: Partner with the marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and ensure alignment on target markets and messaging.
- CRM Management: Track and manage all activities, leads, and opportunities in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date records.
- Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), such as number of meetings booked, leads generated, and conversion rates.

- Experience: 3+ years in sales, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
