We’re seeking a Design and Marketing Coordinator to support CITI’s growth and visibility through creative design, content development, and marketing coordination.
This role combines creative storytelling with marketing execution, perfect for someone who’s passionate about visual design, digital marketing, and brand storytelling in tech.
Brand Design & Content Creation
Develop high-quality visual assets for CITI campaigns, events, and social media (graphics, carousels, flyers, newsletters, website etc.).
Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints (social, website, email, community platforms etc).
Support the design and update of marketing materials, pitch decks, and event branding.
Collaborate with community teams to produce engaging video and photo content for marketing.
Marketing Coordination & Execution
Assist in planning, executing and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web.
Developing marketing calendars, event promotions and marketing initiatives.
Track campaign performance using analytics tools and generate monthly reports.
Support lead generation and conversion campaigns to attract new members and partners.
Social media posting, management and engagement on various digital platforms
Marketing admin tasks as assigned
Website & Communications Support
Coordinate website updates with the tech team and ensure visuals/content stay fresh and accurate.
Design and send newsletters, member updates, and email campaigns.
Maintain and organize CITI’s media library and creative assets.
Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in marketing, brand design, or communications.
Required proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite / Canva / Figma (for design).
Experience with social media marketing, analytics, and content planning.
Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
Familiarity with webflow and marketing tools (e.g., Kit, Mailchimp, Mailerlite, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
Bonus: basic video editing or motion graphics experience is an added advantage.
