Breezelearn is looking for a creative, results-driven Marketing & Communications Manager to lead our content, community, and engagement efforts by shaping and amplifying BreezeLearn’s brand voice across channels. This isn’t a role for someone who just schedules posts, we’re looking for a thinker and a doer: someone who can create strategic content, spark meaningful conversations, execute with urgency and clarity and also thrives in the details of day-to-day delivery.

You’ll be responsible for driving brand awareness, crafting engaging narratives, growing our business audience, engaging business decision-makers, driving measurable engagement and outcomes, and building a vibrant, valuable community around BreezeLearn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Marketing & Execution
    • Collaborate with leadership and other teams to execute a content-driven marketing plan aligned with business goals.
    • Craft clear, engaging, and persuasive messaging that speaks to business leaders and decision-makers.
    • Analyze performance and continuously refine efforts based on real impact (leads, growth, awareness).
  • Media & Community Engagement
    • Own and execute the content strategy to grow and sustain a business-oriented community on X, LinkedIn, etc, that sees value in BreezeLearn’s offers.
    • Write and publish compelling content that reflects thought leadership and drives business interest.
    • Spot and act on trends, conversations, and moments to increase reach and influence.
    • Monitor social performance and trends to optimise reach and engagement.
    • Engage to turn audiences into advocates and leads.
  • Webinars & Engagement:
    • Plan and host high-impact webinars to engage and educate our business community.
    • Manage webinar logistics, speaker outreach, and post-event follow-ups.

Who You Are

  • A strategic thinker who understands how content supports business growth.
  • A hands-on executor who loves moving fast and bringing ideas to life. you own results, not just to-do lists.
  • A result-oriented communicator who values outcomes over busyness.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, content, and communications, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or tech talent environment.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a knack for simplifying complex ideas.
  • Comfortable growing and engaging strategic audiences on social media; LinkedIn, X. etc.
  • Experience running webinars or virtual events for business audiences.
  • Proficient with tools like, Canva/Figma, Clickup, Slack and analytics, etc.
