Senior Full Stack JavaScript Engineer (Remote)

About The Job

What You’ll Do

• Lead the development and architecture of end-to-end features across frontend and backend.
• Design and implement robust, scalable APIs using Node.js (or NestJS/Express).
• Build beautiful, responsive user interfaces with React, Next.js, or similar frameworks.
• Drive engineering best practices including code reviews, testing, and CI/CD.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to shape product direction.
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Mentor junior developers and help set engineering standards.

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with experience in React, Node.js, and RESTful API development.
• Familiarity with Next.js, GraphQL, or NestJS is a plus.
• Solid understanding of database design and experience with both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) systems.
• Experience working with modern DevOps tools and workflows (Docker, CI/CD, Git).
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Sense of ownership, passion for learning and staying up to date with the latest in JavaScript/TypeScript technologies.

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT, SSO).
